1. Ticketing & Entry

• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

• Tickets are valid only for the specific event, date, and time purchased.

• Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket and government-issued ID.

• Duplicate or fraudulent tickets will not be accepted.

• HypeNagpur reserves the right to refuse entry without refund in case of misconduct, violation of rules, or security concerns.

2. Age Restrictions

• For nightclub and bar events, the minimum age is 21+.

• For other concerts, festivals, or private events, age restrictions may vary and will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.

• Attendees must carry valid age-proof identification (Government ID, Passport, or Driver’s License).

3. Venue Rules

• Outside food, drinks, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

• Dress code and security checks may apply at certain venues.

• The management is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings inside the venue.

4. Event Changes & Cancellations

• Event lineups, artists, and schedules are subject to change without prior notice.

• In case of event cancellation or rescheduling, updates will be communicated via email, SMS, or our website.

• No refunds will be provided, except in cases where the event is permanently canceled by HypeNagpur.

5. Liability

• Attendees participate at their own risk. HypeNagpur is not liable for any injury, illness, accident, or loss during the event.

• By attending, you consent to be part of event photography and videography that may be used for promotional purposes.

6. Code of Conduct

• Any disruptive, abusive, or illegal behavior will result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

• Respect artists, staff, and fellow attendees to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
